Pat McMartin

Pat brings with her nearly 30 years of deep marketing expertise in brand strategy and activation, award winning innovation and leadership direct marketing and CRM/CEM. Pat led the development of a proprietary marketing mix and ROMI optimization model at Dell which was recognized by the DMA and CEB as on the forefront of industry thinking.

Pat has held leadership positions within an A-list roster of consumer goods in the US and EU to include PepsiCo, Nestle, Kellogg and Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts. During her tenure in consumer goods she was honored with three Edison Awards for breakthrough defining innovation and multiple EFFIES for outstanding marketing strategy and activation. She was also part of the team to develop the Capital One brand strategy and the resultant, “What’s in Your Wallet” campaign, which was named to the Advertising Age Top 50 for outstanding brand strategy.

Pat leveraged early career experience with McKinsey & Company to transition to strategic marketing consulting and has been partnering with organizations such as Coca-Cola, Ocean Spray, Torches Tacos, T-Mobile USA, AIG, Covenant Health System, Hendrick Health Systems, Royal Caribbean, Luxottica (LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut), Mars, HomeAway, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Sara Lee/EU.  Pat's consulting work ranges from customer insights development (B2B and B2C), brand strategy and architecture development, customer experience blueprinting and journey mapping, e-commerce go to market strategy and plans, private equity due diligence for target companies, marketing coaching and training as well as sales and marketing recruitment.  She is considered an industry expert from her work with millennials.

Pat earned a BA in Business and Economics from Trinity University where she was recognized as the top business graduate and also holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from UT Austin. Pat enjoys guest lecturing at tlocal universities and is an avid participant in the music scene in Austin. She hserved as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bexar County Chapter of the American Red Cross serving as well on the Disaster Relief team.
