Charlotte McNally

Charlotte brings deep expertise and insight to unveiling market segments, developing value propositions and managing major quantitative and qualitative research efforts. Over the past six years her engagements have included work for Signature Healthcare, Ocean Spray, The Owens Group, Heineken, and Ryobi Tools.

Charlotte began her Marketing Career with Frito-Lay where she led and managed numerous consumer research projects across both established and new businesses. Working with three different advertising agencies, she developed a proprietary research methodology to define individual Brand Personalities for Frito-Lay’s portfolio of core brands.

Charlotte has extensive experience in all consumer research disciplines, and applying insights from consumer research to Brand Positioning, Competitive Strategy, and New Product Development. As a principal consultant for The West Coast Group, her clients included Wells Fargo Bank, Security Pacific Bank, The Arizona Bank, Beneficial, Host, Carnation/Nestle, Lawry’s, and Frito-Lay. Charlotte earned a BA from Furman University in 1978, and a Masters in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia in 1980.
