Pre-Paid Brand and Customer Strategy

The T-Mobile “Pre-Paid” business had languished for several years with no clear strategy, and weak performance.

In November 2010, we were engaged to drive a Brand and Customer strategy process to revitalize this offering, and position the business for profitable growth. We directed a team comprised of Insights, Agency, and Brand Management personnel through a strategy assessment and recommendation process.

The new “Pre-Paid” offering was launched in June, 2011 and is exceeding expectations.
